Unit4 Appoints Chris Richards as UK and Ireland Regional President

Unit4, a cloud leader in people-based ERP, today announced the appointment of Chris Richards as Regional President, UK and Ireland. Chris joins Unit4 from cloud software provider Workday, where she successfully led the business to significantly outperform growth expectations within the UKI Commercial market.

Prior to Workday, Chris spent more than five years at Software AG where she grew the business with an unprecedented 7-fold increase, before moving on to become the VP and General Manager of the UKI business. During her career, Chris has worked with both small and enterprise software providers including Citrix and Compuware.

In her new role, she will deliver on the in-region strategy and drive sales across the UK and Ireland, while sitting within the Global Leadership Team. Chris will build on Unit4’s new corporate focus on the strategic concept of “People Experience” in the region, creating success through the experiences of Unit4’s own people as well as everyone who touches its customers’ ecosystem.
