A tech CEO’s 3 keys to building a better normal after COVID-19

from   | 0 min read

In an interview with Mike Drew, Partner and Global Head of the Odgers Berndtson Executive Search’s Global Technology Practice as part of their ‘At Home’ video series, we focused on the importance of purpose in an organization. We’re all now looking to the future. The workplace and our work mindset has been changed forever. At Unit4, we’re confident we can build a better normal in which people find their own rhythm.

While COVID-19 has presented many challenges to everyone around the world, for a lot of people it has given us the chance to reconnect with family and to find ways to organise our time differently, and more effectively. From conversations with our people, I know the majority have been able to find their own rhythm, one that suits them better. This mass-trial for home working has fundamentally changed the way we work forever. Being a global business means it’s great to see our teams finding more opportunities for connectivity, productivity, collaboration and enablement whilst reducing the impact on the environment.
