An Exciting New Chapter for Unit4
Today marks a significant milestone in Unit4's journey to be a $10B+ cloud ERP champion for mid-market people-centric industries. As we begin to write this new chapter with TA Associates by our side, we are in a strong position to intensify our international growth, M&A activities and realize our long-stated ambition to change the game for mid-market cloud-based ERP solutions and the organizations we serve.
With continued innovation of our flagship ERPx solution and a dedicated focus on our customers and core industries, we’re poised for continued, transformative growth and expansion, especially in North America and Germany. Finding the right vendor for the long haul is just as important as having the right tools. Our ability to demonstrate value to customers from our solutions, and to manage their experience throughout their journey with us is what drives us.
As we grow, expand our partner ecosystem, and add to our business through acquisition, we’ll be looking for ways to help them automate how they work. Our focus is enabling teams to work smarter, drive productivity across their organizations, and focus on what matters most in their roles. They’re managing increasingly complex digital ecosystems, so aligning finance, HR and planning teams and simplifying work is on everyone’s agenda. This is especially important as the trend for remote or hybrid work arrangements have become permanent at many organizations.
As the world moves to cloud, our ERPx SaaS solution is designed to benefit our customers by providing better insight so that they can become more efficient and increasingly engaged. It’s the future of ERP and the enabler of employee experience. Our continued investment will ensure it provides the latest features and functionality, taking advantage of the latest technology, and is easy to deploy, so customers can accelerate digital transformations.
Today I’d like to thank the entire Unit4 team. Our success is due largely to everyone living our core values every day. I also remain extremely grateful to our former investors, Advent, for their partnership since I joined Unit4 as CEO almost two and a half years ago.
The second half of this year will be busy as we continue to build ERPx momentum. This year’s Experience4U (X4U) global customer and partner event takes place November 16 & 17 and promises to be our biggest yet, with expanded content and new experiences for attendees. We’ll share more information soon.
